Poppies is inspired by the dreamy palette and soft, confection-like aesthetic of Marie Antoinette and the early aughts. I have always loved the way Sofia Coppola interprets color and costume, creating scenes that feel lush, delicate, and a little playful. This pattern echoes that blend of whimsy and elegance, capturing a mood that is youthful, airy, and irresistibly soft.
All swatches (4x4x4”) featured in the Heroines collection are designed to give you a tangible introduction to each pattern’s rhythm and presence. While samples are available for purchase, all full applications are developed thoughtfully and in partnership with Sarah to ensure the scale, material, and colorway align beautifully with your space.
