Stories is a collection shaped by the places and moments that stay with you. These patterns draw from my childhood in southwestern Wisconsin, from the years I spent moving between New York City and San Diego, and from the small experiences that made unfamiliar spaces feel close. Each design carries a piece of something I lived through, whether it was a coastal walk, a train ride, a quiet field, or a town filled with its own history. The Stories collection is simple and intentional, and it is rooted in the kind of lived experience that makes a pattern feel honest. These designs are meant to settle naturally into a space and add warmth, character, and a gentle sense of connection.
Linden is inspired by the small southwestern town where I grew up in Wisconsin. My sister once called it “London” because it sounded fancier, giving our tiny community of a church, a bar, a corner store, a library, and a cheese factory a charming twist. Some of my sweetest memories come from stopping at that cheese factory on Saturdays for fresh, squeaky curds. Linden carries a bit of that simple, familiar joy.
All swatches (4x4x4”) featured in the Stories collection are designed to give you a tangible introduction to each pattern’s rhythm and presence. While samples are available for purchase, all full applications are developed thoughtfully and in partnership with Sarah to ensure the scale, material, and colorway align beautifully with your space.
